ADDA is an indigenous local Non-Government Organization, legally registered and mandated by NGO Bureau to operate in any part of the country. The organisation is also certified by Finance Intelligence Authority (FIA). Amuria District Development Agency commits her efforts in complementing government efforts to rejuvenate social, economic and political status of communities through community-based interventions. The organisation has physical presense in Karamoja covering the districts of Amuria, Bukedea, Katakwi, Kapelebyong, Abim, Napak and Kotido, and extending to Kaabong and Karenga districts
